Adjudication opportunity for Lancaster students.
Every year, instrumental and vocal students of LMTA members are able to participate in the Dorothy Sutton Performance Festival. Students prepare two performance pieces for adjudication and take a theory exam.
An opportunity for the talented music student to particpate in a State Festival in a Showcase Recital.
Students whose performances are rated Superior and who score 85% or higher on the theory exam are eligible to play in a local Honors Recital as well as the State Showcase Recital.
Congratulations to this year's participants!
Our local Honors Recital will take place on Sunday, October 20 at 2:00 p.m. at Luther Acres in Lititz.
The State Showcase Recital will be held at Penn State on November 23, 2019.
